SO... WHAT THE HELL DO YOU ACTUALLY DO ANDREW?
(I get this question a lot LOL)
And my response is always... "that's not easy to describe".
I switched from "coaching" to Wayfinding because the work that I do intuitively blends coaching, mentoring, guiding, and facilitating in order to bring out the greater wisdom of those I work with. For individuals ready to do the deeper levels of "work", I offer one-to-one engagements as well as access to groups that bring in the community aspect of discovery and processing. For bigger brands, organizations, and independent companies/communities I facilitate both online and in-person workshops, retreats, and facilitated gatherings. And yes, I do "keynotes" but my approach to these condensed and powerful moments is a vast departure from traditional "motivational speaking".
And who is my "client avatar"?... ugh. This one is even harder to describe (my apologies to brand strategists and marketing coaches who are cringing at my lack of clarity)
I work with humans who are ready to get "out of step"... the alternative minded who get stoked to walk a different path from the crowd. Those who hold space as leaders, educators, facilitators, coaches, etc... have naturally become the focus of my work and our journeys together range from conscious communication development, connecting to the body's greater wisdom, showing up as our "true self", to deep self-acceptance (just to name a few). ALL are welcome here AND, I also know I'm not the right fit for everyone. So, I never take on clients or opportunities that feel out of alignment.
